Filterzzz (“the App”) lets you create and edit photos using artificial-intelligence services. This Privacy Policy explains how Turing LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the App. By using Filterzzz, you agree to the practices described here.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Images and Prompts: Photos you upload, capture, or describe, plus any text prompts you enter.
• Generated Content: AI-generated images we return to you.
• Account and Contact Data: Name, email, login credentials, device IDs.
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature use, crash logs, and diagnostics.
• Metadata: Time stamps, file sizes, and basic EXIF data (if present).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its AI photo features.
• To process your images and prompts through third-party AI services.
• To communicate with you, including support and service updates.
• To analyze usage trends and develop new functions.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect our users and property.

4. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We share your images, prompts, and related data with external providers that power our AI processing, storage, and analytics, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, and other model-hosting platforms
• Google Cloud or similar infrastructure services
• Analytics and error-tracking tools

These partners process data only on our instructions and subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. DATA RETENTION

• Source images and prompts may be stored for up to 30 days to improve quality, troubleshoot issues, or at your request.
• Generated images are kept until you delete them or for a maximum of 30 days.
• Log and analytics data are retained as required for legitimate business needs or legal obligations.

6. SECURITY

We use encryption in transit, limited access controls, and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of storage or transfer is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our servers and third-party providers may be located outside your country. By using Filterzzz, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Filterzzz is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the App after a revision means you accept the updated Policy.
